  • At-Home Consultation

    After a brief introductory conversation by either phone or email, we agree on a convenient time to visit our client’s home for our free, in-person consultation. This is when we get to know our client’s exact needs in order to discuss specific ideas and solutions, including products that may need to be purchased. We then put together a highly tailored plan for the project.

    Our at-home consultation takes around an hour and is free of charge.

  • Personal Shopping

    Depending on the type of project, some clients would like us to source organisational supplies, styling products and furniture. If this is the case, we will provide a list of recommended items to be bought and, once approved by the client, will take care of ordering all products.

    Personal shopping is charged at a flat rate of £150, plus the price of the purchases.

    For furniture sourcing projects and larger product sourcing projects that take over 3 hours, our hourly rate of £80 applies.

  • Implementation

    The process for each of our services varies, please visit the relevant page on our website under services to find out more.

    The team size we recommend depends on the service and the nature of the project. For example, relocation projects often require a larger team, whereas decluttering projects are best with a small team. Despite this, we are always happy to accommodate our clients’ requests.

    Styling and organising is charged at an hourly rate of £80 per organiser.
